Humane World for Animals UK is committed to protecting your data and will never sell supporters’ data to third parties. By providing any personal data you consent to the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy <https://www.humaneworld.org/en/privacy-policy>. 

No donation or purchase is necessary to enter.

Who Can Enter:  

• Open to UK residents only.  
• You must be aged 18 or over.
• Return a completed entry postcard (included in your ‘Supporter Update’ mailing) to Humane World for Animals UK by no later than 17.00hrs on 30 November 2025.   

By entering this free prize draw, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

• This free prize draw is administered by Humane World for Animals UK.
• This free prize draw is open from 31 July 2025 to 21 November 2025.
• This free prize draw is open to all UK residents, excluding employees, contractors and volunteers of Humane World for Animals UK.
• Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
• Any entries received after the deadline will not be considered. No entries will be returned.
• Humane World for Animals UK accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause including as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt of entry. If you believe your entry may have been lost in the post, please contact us at infouk@humaneworld.org.  
• The winner will receive a Humane World for Animals goody bag which will contain charity branded merchandise (the “Prize”). The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for the cash equivalent. Humane World for Animals UK reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative Prize of equal or greater value. Only five (5) Prizes are available.
• All valid entries will be entered into a draw within 10 days of the closing date from which five (5) winners will be chosen by the fundraising team at Humane World for Animals UK. The draw will determine the winner of the Prize. No correspondence will be entered into.
• The winner will be contacted within one (1) week of the draw date. If the winner cannot be contacted after two (2) attempts by Humane World UK have been made, Humane World for Animals UK reserves the right to offer the Prize to another entrant.
• Winners will receive the Prize via post to the UK address of their choice.
• The winners agree that Humane World for Animals UK may use the winners’ names, images, and town or country of residence to announce the winner and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.
• By entering this free prize draw, you agree to grant an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to Humane World for Animals UK to use your submission for this purpose.
• Humane World for Animals UK reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this free prize draw at any stage where necessary to ensure fairness and compliance with applicable laws.
• Any personal data collected by Humane World for Animals UK in connection with this free prize draw will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy (available at https://www.humaneworld.org/en/privacy-policy). The personal data that is collected will be limited to what is necessary to organize the running of the free prize draw and the delivery of the Prizes and will only be used for the purposes stated in these terms and conditions. We will retain this personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the free prize draw, delivery of the Prize, and use for related promotional purposes.
• Humane World for Animals UK must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid free prize draw took place. To comply with this obligation, Humane World for Animals UK will provide the surname and county of winners to anyone who writes to Humane World for Animals UK at the address set out above, within 30 days of the free prize draw closing date. If you object to your surname, county, and winning entry being made available, please contact us at infouk@humaneworld.org. Humane World for Animals UK may still be required to provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.
• These terms and conditions and any disputes arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
