She leads the technology, finance, administration, risk and animal sanctuary teams.
Prior to joining the organization, Frackleton was a partner at McKinsey & Company, where she worked with corporate and nonprofit clients in the U.S., Europe, Middle East and Africa on strategy, organization and operations topics. She also did pro bono work with conservation and animal welfare nonprofits, including Humane World for Animals. She previously held roles at the National Park Service, GE and the U.S. Senate.
Frackleton holds a B.A. in Politics and Economics from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She is an animal lover who, in addition to growing up with many cats, dogs and other small pets, got to enjoy being around orphaned opossums in the spring, as her mother was a wildlife rehabber—she still loves opossums very much! Frackleton lives in New Hampshire with her family, including rescue dogs Daisy, Maizy and Jake, and Pudge the cat.
