She oversees the Office of General Counsel and the Animal Protection Law teams, bringing more than 20 years of experience leading global legal, compliance, risk management and governance functions across multinational corporations, humanitarian organizations and government contractors.
Wilson’s career spans both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors, including leadership roles at IBM, Raytheon, Johns Hopkins and most recently Corus International, where she served as General Counsel and Vice President of Compliance. In that capacity, she oversaw legal strategy, enterprise risk management and ethics programs across nearly 30 countries.
Her expertise spans across internal audit, human capital management, and ethics and investigations. Across her prior roles, she has consistently strengthened organizational integrity, advanced mission protection and reinforced trust among donors, decision-makers and external parties.
Wilson holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland and is a member of the Maryland State Bar. She lives in Harford County, Maryland with her husband and teenage son. Outside of her professional life, you can find her crafting and (very loudly) cheering on the Baltimore Ravens.
