2026-27 Season Events
2026 Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend
Walt Disney World® Resort, Florida
October 22-25, 2026
On October 23, take on 3.1 miles of purr-fection with The Aristocats and get your paws on the Crème de la Crème à la Edgar beverage and Pastry Crackers in France. It’s pretty much catnip for humans.
Disney Wine & Dine 5K – October 23, 2026: $115 registration fee counts toward the $550 fundraising commitment.
Disney Wine & Dine 10K – October 24, 2026: $160 registration fee counts towards the $750 fundraising commitment.
Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon – October 25, 2026: $250 registration fee counts toward the $1,000 fundraising commitment.
Disney Two Course Challenge (Disney Wine & Dine 10K and Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon): $425 registration fee counts toward the $1,450 fundraising commitment

2027 Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend
Walt Disney World® Resort, Florida
February 25 – March 1, 2027
Registration for this popular runDisney event is expected to open to the general public in June. It features themed 5K, 10K, and half-marathon races along with challenge options. Make sure you sign up for updates and we'll let you know when registration opens!
Disney Princess 5K – February 26, 2027: $120 registration fee which counts toward the $600 fundraising commitment.
Disney Enchanted 10K – February 27, 2027: $166 registration fee which counts toward the $750 fundraising commitment.
Disney Princess Half Marathon – February 28, 2027: $259 registration fee which counts toward the $1,000 fundraising commitment.
Disney Fairy Tale Challenge – February 27-28, 2027: $432 registration fee which counts toward the $1,500 fundraising commitment.
2027 runDisney Springtime Surprise Weekend
Walt Disney World® Resort, Florida
April 15-18, 2027
While the specific theme changes every year, the weekend is known for featuring unique, "surprising" themes and character experiences, often taking advantage of the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. This event serves as the final race weekend of the 2026-2027 runDisney season. Make sure you sign up for updates and we'll let you know when registration opens!
runDisney Springtime Surprise 5K – April 16, 2027: $115 registration fee which counts toward the $450 fundraising commitment.
runDisney Springtime Surprise 10K – April 17, 2027: $160 registration fee which counts towards the $650 fundraising commitment.
runDisney Springtime Surprise 10-Miler – April 18, 2027: $229 registration fee which counts toward the $900 fundraising commitment.
runDisney Springtime Surprise Challenge – April 16-18, 2027: $534 registration fee which counts toward the $1,250 fundraising commitment.

Join us in ending animal cruelty during the 2026-2027 runDisney season!
When you run with Humane World for Animals, you’re helping animals in need worldwide. We address the most severe abuses, from factory farms to puppy mills, and respond to cruelty and disaster situations where others can't. Our sanctuaries provide lifelong homes, while our rehab centers heal thousands of animals. Through grants, training, and partnerships, we empower shelters, rescue groups, veterinarians, law enforcement, and communities to improve animals' lives.
To join our team, participants must raise a minimum amount of funds, based on their chosen race type. Please note that the non-refundable registration fee secures your spot and counts toward your fundraising total.
You must reach your fundraising goal by the day of your race, or you will be charged the remainder via the Credit Card on file.
To help you reach your goal, we offer a personal fundraising page, where you can track donations and monitor your progress.
When you run for Humane World for Animals, you will receive:
- Official Humane World for Animals swag to wear with pride on race day
- Customized fundraising support to help you exceed your goal in support of all animals
- A personalized and customizable fundraising page with a unique link to collect donations
- A deep sense of accomplishment, knowing you contributed to ending animal cruelty worldwide
