She serves as the lead architect for the organization’s strategy and planning cycle, impact measurement and cross-functional alignment, leveraging our work to maximize impact both externally and internally.

Frostic has two decades of experience working in the animal protection movement, joining the organization in 2008 as part of the Animal Protection Law department. As the senior attorney for wildlife and animal research issues in the U.S., she spearheaded legal tactics at the state and federal levels to protect wildlife from trophy hunting, eliminate unnecessary animal testing and restrict the substandard exhibition of wild animals. She went on to join our international team in 2019.

Frostic received her J.D. from University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law and her B.S. in Biological Anthropology from the University of Michigan. She lives in Alexandria, Virginia, with her husband, their two daughters and dog, Saeloun, who was rescued from the Korean dog meat trade.
